Effective July 1, 2018, the minimum coverage allowed for vehicles registered in the state of Nevada is increased to $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $20,000 property damage. (Up from $15,000/$30,000/$10,000). NRS § 485.185.

Although Virginia Code section 8.01-66.1 also applies to uninsured motorist insurance, an insurance company does not act in bad faith by refusing to pay an uninsured motorist claim before the insured obtains a judgment against the tortfeasor. Manu v. GEICO Cas. Co., 293 Va. 371, 798 S.E.2d 598, 607 (2017)..
