We are well versed in coverage specifics and have technical knowledge in many areas including construction techniques/terminology, vehicle mechanics, forensic accounting, physics, and the trauma medical arts, to name a few. We proficiently investigate claims by employing a combination of education, critical thinking, highly developed investigative techniques and intuitive interpersonal communication skills, then present the information gathered in a concise and well-written manner. Our staff stays current by taking informative continuing education courses. That said, the most important education is gained in the field. Experience trumps all.
