Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is a leading civil defense litigation law firm that represents and advises insurers, self-insured entities, and professionals in a wide range of professional liability, casualty, health law, employment, and workers' compensation matters. With more than 470 attorneys in some 30 distinct practice groups, located in 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Florida and New York, Marshall Dennehey is uniquely positioned to assist their clients in both avoiding damaging litigation as well as providing them with a vigorous defense in the event of claims and suits made against them.

From Fountain Square in Cincinnati to historic Public Square in Cleveland, Marshall Dennehey's Ohio lawyers represent insurance carriers and other clients throughout the state of Ohio and beyond. The Cincinnati office is located downtown, right along the Ohio River bordering Kentucky, and serves the needs of clients in the Greater Cincinnati region and throughout all of southwestern Ohio.

Samuel G. Casolari, Jr. and Ray C. Freudiger are the founding shareholders of the Cincinnati office, and Sam also serves as the office's Managing Attorney. Both Sam and Ray have statewide practices and represent clients in all of Ohio's major state and federal courts.

The office's full complement of attorneys, often in collaboration with the attorney resources of our Cleveland office, service clients in all manner of civil defense litigation under three of four core departments - Casualty, Health Care and Professional Liability. Highly experienced in these matters, the attorneys in our Ohio offices take very seriously the interests of clients and customers in the practical and efficient resolution of claims.
