The firm creates risk management programs, including alternative risk financing and budgeting, to assist the CEO, CFO, Human Resources and Safety Departments in dealing with systemic marketplace risk. Systemic risk may manifest from external business operations, be derived from internal employment related issues and/or the consequences of unexpected or unintended marketplace conduct or changes. Our services create an environment that allows for intelligent evaluation/analysis of risk. This analysis is then used to reach decisions for the business to internally assume risk (including to what degree and how to finance that risk) or to pass it on to others through insurance and/or reinsurance carriers, contractual equity or other risk sharing mechanism.
