About Us

Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is a leading civil defense litigation law firm that represents and advises insurers, self-insured entities, and professionals in a wide range of professional liability, casualty, health law, employment, and workers' compensation matters. With more than 470 attorneys in some 30 distinct practice groups, located in 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Florida and New York, Marshall Dennehey is uniquely positioned to assist their clients in both avoiding damaging litigation as well as providing them with a vigorous defense in the event of claims and suits made against them.

The King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is one of the firm's largest branch offices and one of the largest law offices in Montgomery County. In deciding to establish this office, the firm recognized the importance of a local presence, as opposed to simply being a Philadelphia firm which does work in the surrounding counties and states.

The King of Prussia office services Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties. Our more senior litigators in this office have a wealth of experience in handling significant cases spanning the full spectrum of property, casualty, professional liability and workers' compensation litigation. Our attorneys seek to provide the highest quality, yet cost-effective, defense litigation. We are extremely sensitive towards the clients' ultimate goals, whether it be early resolution through settlement or taking matters through to verdict.

The King of Prussia office provides our clients with an effective defense litigation team of professionals backed by the intellectual property and broad-based experience of the entire firm, permitting localized and economical representation of insurers and self-insured clients.
