Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is a leading civil defense litigation law firm that represents and advises insurers, self-insured entities, and professionals in a wide range of professional liability, casualty, health law, employment, and workers' compensation matters. With more than 470 attorneys in some 30 distinct practice groups, located in 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Florida and New York, Marshall Dennehey is uniquely positioned to assist their clients in both avoiding damaging litigation as well as providing them with a vigorous defense in the event of claims and suits made against them.

The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin opened in 1984. The office is comprised of a civil litigation group and a workers' compensation group. The attorneys have enjoyed longstanding professional relationships in the practice of defense litigation. The Harrisburg office has strongly expanded with the addition of experienced attorneys to both the civil liability and workers' compensation practices. The attorneys frequently provide speeches, lectures and client seminars.

The Harrisburg office is strategically located approximately five miles from the Capital and has immediate access to Interstate 81, Interstate 83 and other major highways, which allows the office to effeciently access its service regions.

Harrisburg courts serve as the focal point of law in Central Pennsylvania and include the United States District Court for Central Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, Dauphin County Common Pleas Court, the State Capitol Building and Pennsylvania Administrative Courts.

The Harrisburg office provides services throughout Central Pennsylvania including the following counties: Adams, Centre, Clinton, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York.
