About Us

Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is a leading civil defense litigation law firm that represents and advises insurers, self-insured entities, and professionals in a wide range of professional liability, casualty, health care, employment, and workers' compensation matters. With more than 500 attorneys in some 38 distinct practice groups, located in 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Florida and New York, Marshall Dennehey is uniquely positioned to assist their clients in both avoiding damaging litigation as well as providing them with a vigorous defense in the event of claims and suits made against them.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin opened its Wilmington, Delaware office in July 1995. From this office, situated in downtown Wilmington, the firm is able to serve clients in Delaware's three counties — New Castle, Kent, and Sussex. Our Wilmington office is situated just minutes away from Delaware's federal and state courthouses and workers' compensation offices.

Our Wilmington office, like all of the firm's regional offices, combines the advantages of the personal attention of a small law firm with the advantages that come from the intellectual property and broad-based experience of a large firm. The office is linked to the rest of our firm, and the expertise of its attorneys, with a state-of-the-art computer and communications system.
