About Us
Woodstock Law is a litigation and general practice law firm located in Woodstock, Vermont. We have been serving clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire for more than 31 years. Our firm was originally founded as Eaton & Hayes on April 1, 1991, by Harold "Duke" Eaton (now an Associate Justice on the Vermont Supreme Court) and Thomas Hayes (now retired). Bonnie Badgewick joined the firm 2001 and became Partner in 2009. Bonnie is proud to carry on the tradition of the firm’s founders, in providing top quality legal services to businesses and individuals in a variety of matters.
The firm's primary focus is on the defense of litigated matters in state and federal court and administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor, along with an active local general practice focusing civil matters,estate planning, and probate. We are active members of local and national professional legal associations and regularly provide counseling and education for corporate and institutional clients. We are also active members of many local and statewide organizations and non-profit groups, as well as enthusiastic citizens of our local communities.
