| | About Us | Gartner + Bloom, P.C. offers defense work against a plethora of claims including personal injury, economic damages, negligence actions, and property damage.
Our associates handle work-related injuries, alleged “slip and falls”, automobile accidents, and other such injuries. In claims with alleged property damage, our attorneys use their expertise in property insurance to determine liability and coverage.
We have handled claims on behalf of insurance carriers for their insureds as well as handling coverage disputes where there are multiple insurance carriers for a site. In addition, we have handled many high exposure liability cases with coverage limits in excess of one million dollars. We have a great deal of experience in countering work related injury claims and assessing employer responsibility under the Labor Law regulations. As the provisions under the Labor Law are constantly expanding to include different professions, it is critical that employers and insurance carriers are represented against a growing number of claims.
