About Us

FORENSIC ENGINEERING

Since its inception in 2006, U.S. Forensic has performed thousands of forensic engineering evaluations to determine the origin and cause of a loss and the extent of damages. Inspections have included various machinery and heavy equipment, commercial and passenger vehicles, residential and commercial buildings, roadways, and marine structures.

OUR STORY

In 2006 in New Orleans, Louisiana, three engineers and a businessman shared a vision. Equipped with knowledge, determination, and courage, they set out to build a forensic engineering company. Their goal was to hire good people who were the best in their respective fields. What started with a handful of employees in a small office, has grown into 62 locations across the country. U.S. Forensic is now a member of the ATS family of companies and offers clients access to 150,000 square foot engineering laboratory. Some of the technology available includes a wind tunnel, seismic tables, X-Ray and 3 Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM)s for material failure analysis and product testing.

EXCEPTIONAL WORK PRODUCT

U.S. Forensic provides quality unbiased forensic engineering reports. These include conclusive findings along with repair recommendations, photos, and diagrams. We can also provide schedules and costs of recommended repairs when warranted. All opinions rendered will be based on the facts of the specific assignment, and all work to complete an assignment will be performed under the rules and regulations of the authoritative engineering board of the state in which the evaluation is being conducted. Our experts have testified in local, state, and federal courts.
It is a priority of U.S. Forensic to provide our clients with conclusive, defendable reports that are timely and cost effective..
