Castle Claims Service is a multi-line, independent adjusting company servicing the insurance industry. We provide quality, dependable service throughout Western Pennsylvania, and an extended area upon request, from two offices located in Pittsburgh and Erie. We have qualified, competent adjusters with many years of experience. Castle Claims Service uses Xactimate and Symbility Estimating Programs, as well as FileTrac Online Reporting for claim information and data storage. We pride ourselves on prompt contact to the insured within 24 hours. We secure agreed price appraisals with the insured or a contractor whenever possible.
We are a family-owned business that values being a fair and honest company to its clients and employees. With over 50 years of service, Castle Claims Service continues to adapt to and embrace change over the years.
