Monahan & Associates, P.C. was established in 1996, focusing its practice on civil and appellate litigation, with particular concentration on property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation litigation. Since 2001, our office has been located on the waterfront of Boston's North End at 113 Union Wharf East. Through the years, Monahan & Associates, P.C., has remained the trusted law firm of many property and casualty insurers throughout New England and nationally.

The firm has extensive experience in the defense of first-party property claims and third-party liability claims, pursuing subrogation recoveries and providing insurers with coverage evaluations. We regularly present cases in the trial courts and in the appellate courts, achieving successful results for insurers and adjusters.

Our attorneys have written and spoken on various property and liability insurance topics at professional forums including the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, New England Claims Executives Association, Adjuster's Round Table of Boston, and the Independent Insurance Adjusters Association of Massachusetts.
