Our firm has many years of experience and is a well-established fiduciary law firm of some of the most important national insurance groups, both in the civil and criminal law field. The gradual and steady growth has enabled our firm to open an office in Shanghai in 2006, pursuing a gradual implementation process of assistance and advisory services with regard to International Commercial Law. In 15 years we have assisted more than 300 companies and individuals, helping them to find solutions in business and open new markets in over 30 countries worldwide. The international activities are coordinated entirely in our Italian offices. When necessary benefiting from the assistance of local professionals, on the basis of consolidated and experienced professional relationships.

We handle every aspect related to the presence in the Italian market of companies involved in the field of education, such as universities and foreign schools in Italy, in energy, aviation, and food, through our legal advice personalized both for typology and costs.
