Headquartered in Madison, MS, we have six offices strategically located to provide prompt professional claims handling throughout the state of Mississippi and eastern Louisiana, as well as peripheral counties in the neighboring states of Alabama, Arkansas and the Florida Panhandle.

Our TPA (Third Party Administration) division has experience in property, liability, workman’s compensation and inland marine lines of coverage with years of service as a TPA for public entities. Our claims management professionals have the ability to provide personalized handling, either in house or in the field, to enable cost-efficient claim handling and statistics. We offer a customizable program to provide you with timely and informative reporting utilizing the latest technologies with detailed electronic reporting via the internet with FileTrac™ Claims Management System Software.
Servicing the MS Gulf Coast we have come to understand the importance of handling catastrophic losses promptly and reliably. Utilizing our team of experienced staff adjusters, as well as select affiliations, when disaster strikes we have the capabilities to respond swiftly.
