Jaime is a Shareholder and Director of GRB Law, currently serving as the Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. She practices in the areas of products, professional, employment practices and premises liability, personal injury, commercial/construction defect, and insurance coverage. She advises clients on risk management and allocation, early evaluation, investigations, indemnity, and ADR options. She is panel counsel for several insurance carriers, and works with carriers and third party administrators to narrow, more clearly define, and defend claims of all kinds and types. Jaime thinks “outside the box,” recognizing that not every problem has the same formula to reach a solution. Jaime’s clients include insured individuals and corporations, insurance carriers, title insurers, elected officials and governmental entities, developers, architects, regional contractors, and subcontractors and closely held businesses. Jaime has successfully represented clients in jury and non-jury trials in courtrooms across Pennsylvania. She has also successfully litigated complex construction claims before the American Arbitration Association. Jaime is a regular presenter at various local, regional, and national conferences and at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She has written and presented about the Fair Share Act and its implications for tort litigation in Pennsylvania, public contracting and construction claims negotiation, securing insurance coverage, autonomous vehicles and cybersecurity risks and breach protocol.

Lisa is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses in the areas of labor and employment, construction, products liability and toxic tort. She has mediation and trial experience in various areas of the law, including employment discrimination law under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as all facets of Personal Injury Litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, and premise and products liability claims. Lisa advises clients on risk allocation and management in Commercial and Construction Litigation, Education and Municipal Law, and Subrogation. Lisa taught a professional development course at the Pennsylvania State University. A 2005 graduate of Saint Vincent College, Lisa earned a B.A., cum laude, in Public Policy Analysis, with a minor in Spanish. She was awarded the George Washington Fellowship and honored for Academic Excellence in Public Policy Analysis. She attended the Duquesne University School of Law, earning her JD, cum laude, in 2008. A member of the firm’s Litigation Group, Matt’s practice involves areas of complex litigation, employment discrimination and counseling, products liability, Constitutional and Civil Rights litigation, and appellate work. He also advises insurance carriers on coverage implications, conflicts of law, and bad faith. Matt’s practice focuses on litigation in federal court where he represents individuals, employers, businesses, public entities and government officials. Matt’s recent representative successes include multiple dismissals of Section 1983 claims against a public school district, its employees and elected officials. Matt also recently assisted in the negotiation and court approval of over $1.7 billion in supersedeas bonds in a patent litigation case. Matt joined GRB after serving two years as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to his practice of law, Matt was the director of a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth and their families.
