About Us

MCSi/IIC staff have a diverse insurance and technology skill set. This skill/experience mix allows specialization in MT workers' compensation claims at an unrivaled level. MCSi's self-insured and insurance clients have enjoyed significant reductions in total expenditures and average cost per case over two decades, despite challenging conditions in the Montana workers' compensation system. Since the early 2000's we have advocated a return to the face to face workers' compensation claims process. Mr. Marsh has made several regional and national presentations on "Humanizing The Workers' Compensation System". MCSi has been honored with a number of awards, including the 2012 Billings Chamber of Commerce Roche Jaune Award for Customer Service Excellence, Montana State University (Bozeman) Small Business of the Year in 2017 and the Billings Chamber of Commerce Employer of the Year in 2018. In addition, Mr. Marsh was awarded the first ever in state history Governor's Achievement Award for Outstanding Workers' Compensation Professional in 2016. MCSi is a founding member of Claim Professionals Lia Ins. Co., a national risk retention group for I.A. E&O Insurance. Mr. Marsh is an experienced Expert Witness re claims processes and procedures frequently called upon in extra-contractural litigation.
