About Us

The law firm of Phillips Parker Orberson & Arnett, P.L.C. was founded in July, 1999. There are currently 13 Partners, 8 Associates and 2 Of Counsel.

The emphasis of our practice is the defense of insurance, automobile, medical/hospital, corporate and municipal litigation. We routinely represent defendants in State and Federal courts throughout Kentucky and in Southern Indiana.

Our attorneys have developed considerable expertise in areas including medical negligence, products liability, automobile negligence, bad faith, construction negligence, insurance coverage, premises liability, professional liability, wrongful discharge, toxic tort litigation, workers' compensation and small business matters. We also have a staff of experienced paralegals and nurse paralegals who provide significant assistance and support with all aspects of our practice.
