The law firm pursues successfully the activities developed more than forty years ago by Me Amand D'Hondt and Me de Caritat under the name "D'Hondt & de Caritat".

Building upon a strong general practice in civil and commercial law, it has acquired an excellent reputation and become a reference in Torts and Insurance law and related matters.

The firm represents several important Belgian and international insurance companies in litigation throughout Belgium (Belgian attorneys may represent their clients before all Belgian courts) and bordering countries.

The firm's practice covers all aspects of insurers' activities such as: liability (including professional liability and product liability), indemnification of serious collective or individual disasters, life, fire and accident insurances, priority of insurances.
