About Us

After practicing together for several years in another defense firm, Paul M. Franke, Jr., William M. Rainey and Richard P. Salloum founded a new firm in 1981. Mr. Rainey retired from the practice in 2006 and the firm name was changed to Franke & Salloum, PLLC. The firm engages in all facets of state and federal civil, trial and appellate practice including state and federal workers' compensation. The firm services clients on a statewide and regional basis.
