Our office is totally computerized, and we can communicate by mail, fax or e-mail. All reports are generated by computer, and photographs can be done digitally. We have the capability of generating Loss Run Reports formatted to meet your specifications.
While we will customize our claims handling to whatever requirements requested, here are the standard services we provide.
-24-hour contact with claimant/insured either in person or by telephone. Contact is usually within 12 hours.
-First report in seven days - status reports every 30 days thereafter or sooner if necessary. On important issues we will call or fax immediately.
-At your request we will fax or e-mail appraisals.
-24-hour answering service for emergency call-outs.
-Quarterly interim billing complete with time sheets and code sheets when services exceed $250.00.
-Recorded statements taken digitally.
-All photographs taken digitally.
