The O'Hara Law Firm has focused on insurance defense litigation for more than twenty-five years. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, our firm handles all kinds of insurance defense and liability cases throughout Florida and Georgia in county, state and federal court. In addition to defending against lawsuits, we prosecute lawsuits for declaratory judgment on coverage, provide a variety of pre-suit services, and handle appeals of orders and judgments.

We draw upon years and years of experience to provide our clients with effective and cost-efficient representation. Our attorneys handle various defense matters from origination through settlement negotiations, litigation, trial and appeal.
