Tom Connick of Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP has decades of insurance defense experience in litigating, negotiating, and when necessary, taking to trial insurance related disputes ranging from the simple slip and fall case to complex multi-million dollar exposure environmental, fire, large loss property damage, personal injury, bad faith, and construction industry related cases, involving both commercial and personal lines insurance contracts. These cases have often involved significant monetary exposures to both the insured-client, as well as the insurance company.
Mr. Connick’s experience in this area also spans a broad spectrum of First-Party, Third-Party and inter-company insurance coverage disputes. He often works in partnership with the Firm’s insurance carrier clients to prepare comprehensive coverage opinion letters, reservation of rights letters and/or coverage denial letters. He also actively engages in Examinations Under Oath to assist its insurance carrier clients in all aspects of insurance coverage disputes.
